To make up for the 10 day suspension of classes, I have come up with activities that would prepare you in advanced for our forthcoming CLE classes. Several reminders to everyone:
1. TO ALL H2G STUDENTS: make sure that you are already registered with ELF. once we resume our classes, our one-to-one computer based instruction shall be in full swing. THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU NOT TO HAVE YOUR ELF ACCOUNT BY JULY 6 (MONDAY) SINCE I'VE ASSIGNED IT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF CLASS.

2. TO ALL H2D STUDENTS: as usual, your assignment for next meeting on Historical Sources about Jesus shall still be submitted together with the worksheet provided in the multiply site when we resume our class.

Have a restful 10 day break and see you soon in school!

- Mr. Crisostomo

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSIGNMENTS DURING THE SUSPENSION OF CLASSES

To make possible the continuation of academic work despite the suspension of classes, Xavier School will utilize Multiply© sites to make information available to parents and students. When students come back to school, they will be held accountable for whatever has been assigned on these sites.

While this setup is less than ideal, we have taken this option so that the suspension of classes will not unduly disrupt the delivery of instruction.

We ask for the patient assistance and supervision of parents, most especially parents of our younger students, to ensure assignments made available on the Multiply© sites are accomplished.

There is a Multiply© site for each grade or year level. Content is available even to those without Multiply© accounts, so one need not have the site as a contact to be able to view the content. However, should a student or parent want to make clarifications, replies may be posted, and administrators will exert their best effort to address these concerns.

Complete assignments will be available for viewing at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2009. CONTENT YOU CAN VIEW BEFORE THIS TIME WILL LIKELY BE INCOMPLETE, SO PLEASE VISIT THE SITE ON THE DATE AND TIME MENTIONED.

The link to the corresponding Multiply© site is indicated beside each grade/year level:

PRAYER TO SAINTS PETER AND PAUL

Almighty God,
whose blessed apostles Peter and Paul glorified You by their martyrdom.

Grant that Your Church, instructed by their teaching and example, and knit together in unity by Your Spirit,
may ever stand firm upon the one foundation,
which is Jesus Christ our Lord;
who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
